How much do we charge?

As all projects are different, it all depends on how long we have to spend working on the project, but as a guide price, a standard single-story extension is £150 and double-storey extension is £180, new builds from £240 and all returned within 5 -7 working days.

Yes, as we working closely with all our clients and obtain up-to-date labour rates and materials prices, we are confident that are build costs are very accurate.

Do you work for contractors nationwide?

Yes, we have many clients nationwide as the majority of the time a site visit will not be required as the drawings provided should provide all the information required, so disstance and location of the project is not an issue.

Do you recommend working build costs on a meter square (m2)?

No, meter squared rates are very inaccurate of pricing building works. all our build costs are broken down into each and every element and stage of the build process.
